    This is beyond being one more book about stress management. This is the second book by Kehler I’ve read and I wasn’t disappointed. In a world where self-help books are a dime a dozen, Goodbye stress stands out as being thoughtful, ripe with personal stories and very instructional.
    It’s a quick read that could leave you with benefits you will enjoy for a long time.
